Monday:

Breakfast: coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 piece of grilled meat (250 g) and 1 orange.
Dinner: to choose between one of the dinners already proposed.

Is it good for me?

Among the main rules of the diet is not to use any type of fat or sugar in the meals and you must drink a lot of water. Also, you can not do it constantly, just once a month.
But this does not mean that it is good for you.
