Caesar Salad Ingredients

-A lettuce
-A chicken breast
-Canned anchovies
-A cooked egg
-Six cherry tomatoes
-Two tablespoons of olive oil
-Two tablespoons of lemon juice
-Three tablespoons of mayonnaise

Caesar salad preparation

While we cook the egg, we can prepare the Caesar sauce. To do this we mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, mayonnaise, and crushed anchovies, well-drained previously.

We reserve the sauce and clean the lettuce. We cut it into strips and place them in a bowl. The breast is cut into small pieces and roasted in a nonstick skillet with a little oil. We cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the salad.

– 2 zucchini
– Two eggplants
– 2 chives
– Red pepper
– Tomato
– Olive oil
– Black pepper and salt

Preparation of chicken breast with vegetables

First, get down to work with vegetables. Wash them and cut them all into small dice. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the vegetables on a tray, washed down with oil and salt.

In parallel, pass the chicken breast through a pan and sauté it with a little black pepper.
