1.Orange Chocolate Grill Cake Recipe

Ingredients Orange Chocolate Grill Cake Recipe

  • 3 not worse big oranges
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c. Of baking soda
  • 1/4 c. Salt
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 C. With oil table
  • 1/2 c. Of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Steps :

  1. Cut the oranges in half and use a spoon to remove the inside (it will make you bowls).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Adds the liquid ingredients and stirs until uniform. Add the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the dough into the oranges, filling them no more than half.
  4. Place an aluminum foil on the BBQ grill and place the oranges. Close the lid of the BBQ and cook for 25 min. Or until desired baking of the cakes.

2.Panini Nutella with banana Grilled

Ingredients Panini Nutella with banana Grilled

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/3 cup of Nutella (or other spread of the genus)
  • 4 c. With unsalted butter
  • 1 C. Powdered sugar

Steps :

  1. Peel the banana and crush it to make a nice smooth puree.
  2. Tartine the 4 slices of bread with Nutella. Add the mashed banana on 2 slices of bread and close the sandwiches.
  3. Butter the outside of the sandwiches and place them on the BBQ grid (preheated to medium-high). Return the panini when the bread is browned and browned on the other side.
  4. Sprinkle sugar on top before serving.

Steps :

  1. Heat your BBQ to medium-high and coat the oil grill.
  2. Place the donuts on the rack, cook them 20-30 sec, then turn them over for another 20-30 sec.
    PS: I would try game with a flying dog (or your favorite donut)!

Ingredients Grilled Banana Bread and Ice Cream Sandwich

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 C. Of baking soda
  • 3/4 c. Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 c. With oil table
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (plain yogurt or a mixture of 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, vinegar or 1 tsp cream of tartar)
  • 1 1/2 c. Of pure vanilla essence
  • Your favorite ice cream (or vanilla for not too much to make a strange mixture!)

Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Peel the bananas and crush them.
  2. Mix the sugar and the eggs in the mixer. Slowly add the melted butter, then the oil, continuing to beat the mixture.
  3. Mix the buttermilk and vanilla with the crushed bananas. Add this to the other mix.
    Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix gently with a spatula. (You can add nuts if desired.)
  4. Pour the dough into a buttered pan and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Allow to cool. Slice banana bread into 16 (about 1/2 inch thick) and place on the BBQ grill. Cook to medium-high 2-3 minutes on each side. Let cool again.
  6. Put a good ball of ice cream (which has dragged a bit on the counter, history it is less steep and easier to spread) between two slices to have about 1/2 inch of ice cream and lightly press the sandwich. Freeze at least one hour.

5.Grilled Cake with Fruits Recipe

Ingredients Grilled Cake with Fruits Recipe

  • Oil
  • Four-quarter cake (you can do it yourself or buy it at the grocery store)
  • Melted butter
  • Fruits
  • Chocolate

Steps :

  1. Oil the BBQ grill and preheat to medium temperature.
  2. Slice the cake and brush them with melted butter (2 sides of the slices). Place on the rack and cook about 4 min. on each side.
  3. Serve with fruit and a melted chocolate sauce (or caramel).
  4. PS: You can also roast an angel cake and add strawberries and whipped cream (commercial or home (with a special flavor) to get a strawberry shortcake.

Ingredients Grilled Apple and Maple Brioche Recipe

  • Oil
  • 3 large apples
  • 1 cup of walnuts (of Grenoble’s)
  • 5 c. With maple sugar
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider
  • 4 large cinnamon buns
  • About 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • A few mint leaves

Steps :

  1. Oil the barbecue grill and preheat it to medium temperature.
  2. Grate the apples (you can keep the peel). In a bowl, combine apples, walnuts, 3 tsp. With maple sugar and cider. Cover and reserve.
  3. Place the buns on the BBQ grill and cook for 3 min. on each side.
  4. Place the buns in plates. Sprinkle with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining maple sugar.
  5. Garnish the buns with the apple mixture. Sprinkle with caramel sauce and serve with mint leaves.

PS: Perhaps you could replace maple sugar and caramel with maple syrup ?!

Steps :

  1. Distributed, to taste, marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers crushed on a tortilla.
  2. Roll or twist the filled tortilla and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  3. Place it in the BBQ, heat for 5 minutes.

Ingredients Grilled Fruit Pudding Recipe

  • 4 cups of peeled, pitted and chopped fruit (eg peaches/apricots / prunes or pineapples/berries)
  • Coating
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown rum (dark ideally)
  • 2 c. With cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Salt
  • 1 cup cake flour (or all-purpose flour and add a little yeast to swell)
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • Nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Almond oil (optional)
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • Butter
  • 1/3 cup of turbinado sugar (semi-refined cane sugar)
  • Whipped cream

Steps :

  1. Preheat the BBQ to high temperature and the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel the fruit, cut into 1/2 inch pieces and remove the cores (total: 4 cups).
  3. Oil the rack and place the fruit in it for grilling, about 2 minutes per side. Cut the fruits into smaller pieces.
  4. Place fruit in the medium saucepan and add brown sugar, rum, cornstarch and half the salt. Mixed. Boil over medium-high heat and mix until sauce begins to thicken and turns from opaque to translucent and shiny, about 3 minutes. Remove from fire and store.
  5. In a large bowl. Mix flour, sugar, remaining salt and nutmeg. Adds almond essence and milk and brews.
  6. Butter a glass pan (8 “x 8”). Place the fruit (and the cooking juice) and pour the dough over it. Sprinkle the turbinado sugar and put in the oven for 45 min. Or until the fruit bubbles and the dough is golden.
  7. Serves with whipped cream.

PS: Is the turbinado sugar really necessary ?!
