1.Hake Fish and Potato Recipe

Ingredients: 600 g of new potatoes, an egg, a yolk, 400 g of hake without skin and bones, a teaspoon of butter, parsley, bread crumbs, salt, and flour.

Preparation: Cook the potatoes in salted water.

Peel them and pass them by the Chinese.

2.Grouper skewer

Ingredients: 250 g of grouper in tacos, a packet of cherry tomatoes, a green pepper, olive oil, salt.

Preparation: Click on the skewer with a piece of grouper, a tomato and a piece of pepper, so on.

Then put the skewer on the plate with a few drops of olive oil, turn it over and, when it’s done, add a little salt.

You are ready to serve. As a precaution, remove the skewer before giving it to children.

3.Salmon and cream cheese toast

4.Cod with tomato

Ingredients: 5 or 6 pieces of cod, 1/2 onion, two or three tomatoes, olive oil, flour, salt, and parsley.

Preparation: Heat the oil in a casserole dish. Add the onion, sauté it and add the peeled and minced tomatoes.
