Mouth Watering Fluffy Pancakes Recipe You’ve Never Tasted Before [Video]
For fluffy pancakes you will need:
- 4 fl. Flour sifted
- 4 tbl. Baking powder
- 4 fl. Hot milk
- 3/4 of Fall. Melted butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- Maple syrup
In a bowl, add the baking powder and mix to homogenize.
In another bowl add the butter, milk, yolks and stir to mix together.
In a third bowl, with the help of an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until they form soft tops.
Incorporate gently the flour mixture into that of the butter until it is homogenized.
You then incorporate the meringue into doses and gentle movements so you will not lose the air that will make your pancakes equally airy.
In a pot, low heat, place about 1 cup. of the mixture and put the lid.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until you drill a toothpick in their center to get clean.
Repeat with the rest of the mixture uniformly.
Serve with syrup maple syrup.
You can serve chocolate, chocolate/ caramel/sour cream syrup, honey, nuts, dried fruit, chopped biscuit, 1 ice cream or whatever else you want!
