For this preparation you will need:
Butter 400 grs
Sugar 500 grs
Flour 0000 500 grams
Lemon zest 1
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Baking powder 4 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Coloring 7, 1 tsp each
Milk cream 1 liter
Sugar impalpable 250 grs
